Shipping and Returns

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders will be shipped from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days of your order confirmation. Standard shipping can take between 3-6 business days depending on the carrier. 

For products marked as “pre-order”, orders will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. If you’ve pre-ordered a product and would like to cancel your order before the item has shipped, please fill out our contact form or send us a note at team@potluckshowdown.com. 

International orders outside of the United States will have an added shipping cost, specified in the checkout portal after a shipping address is entered. 

Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We assume no responsibility in the event that a delivery address has been incorrectly submitted, although we’ll work with you to get you your package as soon as possible (please allow a turnaround time of up to three weeks if this occurs).
